Ishikawa Prefecture is famous for its souvenir sweets. This is a special food sample-making experience created in collaboration between a company that usually produces souvenir sweet samples and Yunokuni no Mori. Be sure to give it a try!

Procedure for the Experience
Sushi food sample making

Choose one small Kutani ware plate that you like.

Choose one rice food sample and one sushi food sample that you like.

Heat it in the oven microwave for 3 minutes.

Take it out, wrap it in a cloth, and shape it. (※ Be careful, as it is hot.)

Use glue to attach the rice food sample and the sushi food sample together.

Color it.

Make it glossy to look delicious.

It's finished!
Wrap the food sample, put it in a bag, and take it home.
