【瓦葺き二階建て民家】福井県鯖江市・竹内家より移築（築／江戸末期）
千数百年もの長きにわたって育まれてきた和紙
伝統の手漉きの技でつくられた和紙は、暮らしに彩りとぬくもりを与えてくれます。
紙漉き体験では、 色紙やハガキ、タペストリーといった和紙創りを気軽に体験できます。
「手打ちそば道場」では、そば打ちの体験もお楽しみいただけます。自分で打ったそばの味は格別です。
また、ゆのくにの森内の一番奥にある本館には、休憩にも利用できるお食事処も併設。味・素材にこだわった手打ちそばや山菜釜飯をはじめ、様々な和洋食、コーヒー等の喫茶メニューがあります。
